Sean Pfister has been involved in high tech business-to-business research for almost 15 years. He specializes in customer-focused research and is a strong advocate of customer-centric management philosophies. He pioneered one of the first random-sample online surveys in 1996, and continues to develop Internet-based research tools and methodologies.
George Scombulis, Strategic Marketing Analyst:
George has more than 20 years of experience in account planning, including market analysis, strategic marketing, and editorial consulting in high technology, telecommunications and consumer goods and services.
Heidi Lewis, Project Management:
Heidi has more than a decade of experience in developing, managing and delivering marketing projects for clients ranging from start-ups to international utilities. She has expertise in design, print collateral and production in fast-paced marketing departments. Heidi has a BA from Bard College.
